Beneful is a brand of dog food products by Nestle Purina Petcare global that includes wet dog food, dry dog food and dog treats. As of 2012, it was the fourth most popular dog food brand, generating more than $1.5 billion in annual revenues. According to a SWOT analysis by Marketline, Beneful is one of Nestle Purina's more significant brands by revenue.

A former employee said this in a review: "Management is a joke, they only know how to be a boss, not a leader. There is nothing progressive about this place. If you are buttoned up and enjoy the movie "office space," you will greatly enjoy working at Nestle Purina.

"They do not care about their employees, they only care of production and finishing the project. They are selfish and do not care about your safety. The foreman blames everyone else for his actions he is always thirty minutes late every day30 minute breakshort breaks"

"This company is horrible, there's favoritism rampant here, if you don't know someone you don't advance, and not advancing means no raises, although you will be asked to do jobs above your pay grade with no gratitude shown. On top of favoritism I personally know someone who was terminated for being on the phone, with their forman, after we were told we could use our phones to contact our forman, yet a foreman whose been written up 5 times still has their job, somehow. There is alot of bad things that are reported, and nothing was done about it because the person reported was family to one of the other forman so it was swept under the rug. There's so much more wrong with this company, just avoid it if you can.NoneEverything you can think of"

"I ordered a 30 pound bag of dogwood and it was damaged in shipping. I received an estimated delivery of Sep 12 for the replacement shipment.
