From Everything.Sucks

As of 2012, it was the fourth most popular dog food brand, generating more than $1.5 billion in annual revenues. According to a SWOT analysis by Marketline, Beneful is one of Nestle Purina's more significant brands by revenue.

A former employee said this in a review: "Management is a joke, they only know how to be a boss, not a leader. There is nothing progressive about this place. If you are buttoned up and enjoy the movie "office space," you will greatly enjoy working at Nestle Purina.

Bridge Carpenter/Bidwell Operator (Former Employee) says

"They do not care about their employees, they only care of production and finishing the project. They are selfish and do not care about your safety. The foreman blames everyone else for his actions he is always thirty minutes late every day30 minute breakshort breaks"

Operator 1 (Current Employee) says

"This company is horrible, there's favoritism rampant here, if you don't know someone you don't advance, and not advancing means no raises, although you will be asked to do jobs above your pay grade with no gratitude shown. On top of favoritism I personally know someone who was terminated for being on the phone, with their forman, after we were told we could use our phones to contact our forman, yet a foreman whose been written up 5 times still has their job, somehow. There is alot of bad things that are reported, and nothing was done about it because the person reported was family to one of the other forman so it was swept under the rug. There's so much more wrong with this company, just avoid it if you can.NoneEverything you can think of"

Office Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says

"Good people , bad company, will leave you wondering how they have managed to stay in business this long. Long hours, little pay and no benefits step right this way. There are many other , better construction companies to work for in the area that will understand without the worker bee there is no honey.Met some great peopleToo much to even list"

"After working with this company for 9 years. Learned they are just the same if not worse then most companies out there. Management is a joke and act like they know what they are doing and once things go wrong due to there lack of experience and planning they just look for someone to be there fall guy. Very unprofessional and unappreciative company UNDERPAY there workers. Highly recommend to avoid this company unless your in real need to use this company to just get by till you find something better..."

Manager (Current Employee) says

"Overall not a very professional place to work. Lack of define direction. No benefits and lack of management support. Large turn over and salary is terrible for the long hours and hard work. Terrible compensations."

Heavy Equipment Operator (Former Employee) says

"No puedes venir a trabajar y hacer tu trabajo, y esperar que te traten de la misma manera, necesitas besar el trasero principal para que se note o para avanzar. Los que besan a los jefes son los que lo tienen bien, no importa. si vienes y trabajas hasta la muerte You cant just come to work and do your job and expect to be treated equal ,you need to kiss major butt to get noticed or to advance ,the ones who kiss the bosses butt are th ones who have it good ,it dosen't matter if you come and work yourself to deathPaid holidaysHours are horrbile and medical insurance is horrible"

"Alot of guys go on to other places cause Prince did not want to give out raises. The experience was unlike any other. I've done road work in both county, and sub divisions. But never a highway for dot Florida. Everyone but the higher ups were really class A folks. Real friendly and supportive. Was being able to operate a diverse range of machinary. No anual raises."

Grade Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"Not a terrible place to work but the opportunity for advancement is slim due to so much turnover in upper management. Fairly decent benefits, though they could be better. Be prepared to travel a lot from job to job. Also be ready for night work.Good people in the field for the most part!Lot of politics involved and not based on merit."

Pipe Foreman (Former Employee) says

"I was a pie forming with 8 to 10 crewmembers and I have my own work truck. Build inverts for concrete boxes Cut out and replace ditch pavements Also say P top curb inlet Build up road To finish grade for asphalt"

Heavy Equipment Operator (Former Employee) says

"I would not refer any of my friends nor relatives to work for Prince. Its a good ol boy network and if you don't know someone in a foreman or superintendent position you more than likely won't make it anywhere in the company. Very rarely is hard work noticed and treated as a good thing at the same time.A little better money than some placesThe hiring of foreman and management itself."

operator (Former Employee) says

"I would never work here again. We were working on the new highway. Foreman was never around, he was always at Dairy Queen or picking his kids up for school. Than I was blamed for something I didn't do."

Survey Party Chief (Former Employee) says

"Full benefit package but less then equal to industry standard. Low average pay scale. Salary positions with but good and bad aspects. Random schedule change to fit work needs. Sometimes going from days to nights back to days in the same week. Streeful work and environment.Full benefitsIndependence. Given task but it was up to you how to get it done. Just stay busy"

lead man Pile Driver (Current Employee) says

"Safety first, room for growth if you work hard and show the ability to follow direction. However no benefits if you are not in a foreman or higher."

"Shipping is down to a crawl. What used to be two days is now 7-8 days. What makes matters worse they don’t confirm the order until three days after you have placed it. Customer service is a joke they cannot explain the delays or lack of confirming an Order. After a couple of years of ordering I am done with them."

Wally Posner says

"Product out of order and now I am waiting? Would like my money back"

"Poor bad service and poor bad communication."
